We deliver across India to 200+ cities. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (24–48 hours) is available for major cities at an additional charge. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control including weather, natural disasters, or logistical disruptions. Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Reliable Enterprises pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after successful delivery has been confirmed.
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact us at info@reliableenterprises.in within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
